All bookings are bound by these Terms of Business.
In order for us to carry out our services, we will need access to an outdoor tap, and occasionally a 13amp/230v 3 pin power supply. We will make you aware in advance of the need for a power supply, should some of our equipment require it.
Whilst cleaning it's extremely likely there will be spoil left over in the form of mud, weeds etc. We will put the spoil in drainage bags for you however we do not remove waste from site. This is the your/our client's responsibility.
We use very high pressure equipment. It is your/our client's responsibility to ensure all windows, doors and facades, and the property in general, are water tight prior to us starting work. JJA Pressure Washing accept no responsibility for leaks during or following the works being carried out. In addition to this, please note that we will not be responsible for any grout/jointing compound/filler etc being blasted out by the high pressure water. We can price to resand/reseal however we will not take responsibility for grout being blown out from between bricks/tiles etc.
Drainage can be an issue at some properties. We will do our best to prevent pooling of water, however please ensure your drains/soak away's/gutters etc are cleared prior to our arrival. If we need to carry out works to allow the free flow of water there may be an additional charge.
Pressure washing alone will NOT get rid of certain things including, but not limited to, black spots, heavy lichen, oil stains, rust stains and algae. If you have concerns about a particular area, please let our team know prior to booking.
Weeds will be removed during the pressure washing process to the best of our ability. Please note that whilst we will do our best to remove weeds, they are likely to return within a few months, unless you're treating the areas for weeds regularly.
The area(s) of work needs to be cleared prior to our team's arrival. If you need assistance with this, please let us know and we can quote for this accordingly. If we arrive on site and the area isn't cleared, we will do our best to clear the area however this may incur additional charges. We also require clear, unobstructed access to the work areas. We will require at least 750mm clearance to get our equipment through doors/gates etc.
Deposits may be required in certain circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, new customers, specialist services and large value bookings. Deposits are required at the discretion of the JJA Pressure Washing team.
Payment is required in full upon job completion, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance. We accept BACS and Cash payments.
Online quotes where we have not attended site are subject to change. If we arrive to site and the measurements are not correct, a revised quote will be given before works are carried out.
We will do our best to provide a high quality clean, however please note that the clean will last only so long. Factors like trees, weather, drainage, footfall and more can shorten the time between cleans.
